Hello, my name is Antonio L. Vereen and thanks for stopping by.  So who am I? A recent Army retired professional who has a passion for helping others. For years, I have been able to influence soldiers to achieve the impossible in extreme environments and conditions.  I feel that there is no reason I can’t do that for anyone else.  So I have recently started to write down the techniques  I used but never publicly shared them, for fear that no one would like any of it.  But you know what?  My dream of helping others needed to be bigger than my fear of rejection.

That’s where this blog comes in.I plan to write a lot and provide my life experiences as an example for you.  Whether that be my training to stay healthy, daily struggles and triumphs building a business, or topics I know that we all struggle with.  I want you to be the best that you can possibly be.   Everyone and anyone.  A year from now if my words have just changed one life, then I am successful.
